Reglamentos apropiados se han elaborado para lectores asociados, alumnos y público interno (profesores, asistentes de investigación, personal adminís– trativo ). Los lectores que no se ajustan a ninguna de las categorías antes menciona– das, pero que manifiestan interés en usar la biblioteca, se les extiende un Carnet de Cortesía que los faculta a leer sólo en el local. Una bibliografía especializada, un Boletín Bibliográfico y un folleto divul– gativo que sirve para dar a conocer la biblioteca, son las primeras publicaciones por medio de las cuales se trata de extender la biblioteca. Las publicaciones que no se encuentran en la colección se suplen Iocal– mente, por medio del préstamo intcrhihliotecario, y en el extranjero pidiendo mi– crofilms, fotocopias y reimpresos. RUDOLPH At the last meeting Señorita Isabel Olivera R. spoke of the need to contact various Iibraries continually in arder to locate sources of statistics and infor– mation that the students at thc Escuela de Administración de Negocios para Graduados were requesting for their case studies. Her point at the time was not that she was continually seeking information in other libraries for her clientele, but that she wall coutinually seeking information in the same tux. or three li– braries for her clientele. She was constantly requesting, if 1 rememher correctly, inforrnation from the Iibrarians at the Banco Industrial and the Universidad Na– cional Agraria to ascertain whether these libraries contained books or materials on special topics.
